Why February Has 28 Days

Entri bulan Februari, mungkin sesuai kot bercakap tentang hati dan perasaan memandangkan semua orang tengah berkira-kira on how their Valentine's Day suppose to be like.

Mere coincidence, its falls on Saturday. Mesti penuh hotspot kat area ibu kota ni kan?

Aku pasti semua pasangan tengah korek tabung nak belikan hadiah for their mate and hope it would be the best present ever or so it seems cause next year you'll be doing and hoping for the same thing. And its have to be better then this year.

Its a hard task~

The last Valentine's present that i've got was a quarter of chocalate cake (if i'm not mistaken) and a choc bar back in 2001. Time tu memang terasa dunia ni ana yang punya. Bahagia habis gua cakap lu.

Damn, i get excited too when it comes to February but for a very different reassons. My ex's birthday falls on February and then come Valentine. Ouh i'm living a perfect world.

Past tense.

Funny how love can be such a powerfull force. Its like a giant magnetic field with volatile current running over it. Every move is risky and unhandy. You either miserabble or happy. Thats it. No easy way in nor easy way out.

Feb 14 2001. I have no extra penny to spend on a Valentine's gift. I was 16 for god sake and it was my first ever Valentine's Day. Tapi nak jugak kasi hadiah. Tak nak kalah. Yela, kawan-kawan semua dah bungkus hadiah siap dengan bunga lagi.

I've come out with an idea. I'll dedicate a song to her.

Masa tu aku baru berjinak-jinak dengan gitar, baru cuba-cuba nak melembutkan jari. Setakat nak main chord simple pontianak(C, Am, F, G) tu boleh la. Aku nyanyikan lagu This I Promise You by Nsync diiringi petikan gitar aku yang lintang pukang dan aku recordkan dalam kaset.

Masa tu kaset adalah medium audio utama. Cakera padat masa tu seems light years away.

I gave it to her the next day and never ask her about those things again cause i was too embarrased. She would have laugh at my face if she listen to the tape again today.

But its a pleasent memory though and i tend to keep it as long as i can remember. You try to show her how much she mean to you, try to please her so that she will always be by your side, try to makes her feel special try everything to give her warm and comfy.Those feelings are hard to get.

Happy hours felt like a minutes right? No wonder February has only 28 days.
